By accessing or using AapnaHome ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including tenants, property owners, and real estate agents (brokers).
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use AapnaHome. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. AapnaHome reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at its discretion.
Each user may maintain only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. AapnaHome is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access.
Owners and brokers may post properties for rent subject to admin approval. All listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Listings that are fraudulent, duplicate, or violate applicable laws will be removed without notice. AapnaHome reserves the right to reject or remove any listing for any reason.
Tenants may browse listings, save properties, and send inquiries. Inquiries must be genuine and in good faith. Spamming owners, sending abusive messages, or misusing the inquiry system may result in account suspension.
Users must not: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users • Attempt to circumvent the platform (e.g. moving transactions off-platform to avoid fees) • Use automated bots or scrapers on the Platform • Engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian law
All content on AapnaHome including logos, design, text, and code is the property of AapnaHome or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
AapnaHome acts as a platform connecting owners and tenants and is not a party to any rental agreement. We do not verify the physical condition of properties and are not responsible for disputes between users. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 30 days.
AapnaHome may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
